TERMS OF SERVICE
Finsafe Application

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Whaletask (บริษัท เวล ทาสก์ จำกัด) ("Whaletask", "Company", "we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of the Finsafe application, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
1.3 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICE
2.1 Finsafe provides tools to assist with financial organization, planning, and analysis.
2.2 The Service is provided for informational and productivity purposes and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
2.3 We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the Service;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts;
- upload malware, malicious code, or harmful content;
- violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
4.1 All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding user-submitted data), are owned by Whaletask or its licensors.
4.2 Except as expressly permitted, no part of the Service may be copied, modified, distributed, sold, leased, reverse engineered, or exploited.
5. USER CONTENT AND LICENSE
5.1 You retain ownership of content and data you submit to the Service.
5.2 You grant Whaletask a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display such data solely as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. FEES AND THIRD-PARTY COSTS
6.1 Certain features may require payment, subscription, or in-app purchase.
6.2 You are responsible for applicable taxes, mobile carrier charges, and third-party platform fees.
6.3 Purchases made through third-party stores are also subject to the terms of those stores.
7. DISCLAIMERS
7.1 The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
7.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Whaletask disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7.3 We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation of the Service.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whaletask shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Whaletask, its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
10. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
10.1 We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law.
10.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Subject to mandatory law, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Thailand.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or other appropriate channels. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
