Business System Check-up

You don't need to know what system you need. Describe the problems you face, and the Whale Task team will assess where to start — improving current processes, connecting what you already have, or building only what's necessary — with priorities and an initial budget range.

This fits you if right now…

  • Data lives in several disconnected systems and you're unsure what to fix first
  • You're considering custom software but the scope and budget are unclear
  • You have a system nobody maintains, or the original developer is gone
  • You want a CRM, dashboard, integration, or automation but don't know which
  • You want to know where AI genuinely fits your operations
  • You need a technology roadmap that matches your budget and team

We don't start by selling a new system

Our recommendations go beyond building new

After the assessment we propose the most worthwhile path — which often isn't a full new build.

Improve the existing system

If what you have still serves you, we fix what's stuck and extend its life.

Connect existing tools

Make LINE OA, Excel, POS, and accounting talk to each other — no more re-keying.

Replace only the unstable part

Swap the broken component without disrupting daily work.

Adopt the right SaaS

If an off-the-shelf tool fits, we say so plainly instead of forcing a build.

Build a custom system

When the work is genuinely specific, we design and build to fit — no more than needed.

Phase a roadmap

Split big work into phases that pay back first, then extend.

Support your internal team

If you have in-house staff, we can design, architect, or review alongside them.

FAQ

What owners ask before requesting the check-up

Is it really free — what does Whale Task get?

Genuinely free with no obligation. We get to understand your business; if our proposed direction fits and you choose to continue with us, that's our opportunity. If the best path is an off-the-shelf tool or doing nothing yet, we say so.

I don't know what system I need — can we still talk?

Yes — that's when the check-up helps most. Our job is translating operational problems into a suitable technology direction, not making you pick the technology.

What should I prepare?

No documents needed. Just be able to describe how the business runs, what tools you use, and what wastes the most time or opportunity. Screenshots or files you use daily help us see the picture faster.

Our old system has no source code — what are the options?

More common than you'd think. Options range from auditing what access and data remain, exporting data to safety, integrating through available channels, up to a staged replacement plan. We assess from your actual situation.

Will we be pushed toward an oversized system?

No. We start from the most worthwhile fix. Many cases end with connecting existing systems or adjusting a process — far cheaper than building new. We always propose in phases so you decide step by step.

After the assessment, must we continue with Whale Task?

No. The summary is yours — take it to your internal team, another provider, or keep it for later. If the direction is genuinely good, we trust you'll come back to talk.
