By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Whale Task provides software development, web and mobile applications, ERP, data and analytics, and related digital services. The scope, deliverables, and timeline of each engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or proposal.

• Provide accurate information, content, and timely feedback needed to deliver the work.
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide to us.
• Use our deliverables in compliance with applicable laws.

Fees, payment schedules, and milestones are set out in your project agreement. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Late payments may pause work until the account is settled.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Whale Task retains rights to its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how.

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, Whale Task is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant work.

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the project agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
