Finsafe Account Deletion

Use the in-app deletion flow when you still have access. If you cannot sign in anymore, submit the request form below so Whale Task can verify ownership and process deletion manually.

How to request account deletion

  1. 1. Sign in to the Finsafe account that you want to delete on a supported client if you still have access.
  2. 2. Use the authenticated in-app deletion flow for the fastest processing and automatic scheduling of the 30-day retention window.
  3. 3. If you cannot access the app anymore, submit the request form below or contact finsafe@whaletask.com from the email tied to your account.

Submit an Account Deletion Request

Use this form if you cannot access the app anymore. Whale Task will use these details to verify the account owner and process the deletion request safely.

This information is used only to verify identity, track the request, and process account deletion.

What is deleted

  • Your Finsafe profile and Firebase sign-in identity
  • Registered push notification tokens and active device sessions
  • Wallet balance and coin ledger records
  • Saved drafts, generated contract records, and payment tracker data
  • Feedback reports, notification jobs, and account-linked payment transaction records

What is kept temporarily

  • After a valid request is accepted, the account stays disabled during a 30-day retention window.
  • Whale Task keeps deletion request metadata and limited account data only to verify ownership, prevent accidental reactivation, and complete the workflow safely.
  • At the end of the 30-day retention period, the associated account data is removed.

Retention timeline

Day 0

The request is recorded. Whale Task verifies the request and blocks further access as part of the deletion process.

Days 1-30

The account remains inaccessible while the retention window protects against mistaken or fraudulent deletion.

After Day 30

Scheduled cleanup permanently removes the Finsafe account and related stored data from the backend.
